Making its debut on April 13, The Learning Channel’s new OverHaulin’ plays tricks on car owners by “
borrowing” them (often without their knowledge) and then tricking-out their rides. Seven episodes have been filmed with
air dates currently scheduled during the spring television season.
In the “Parts Guy” episode, which debuts April 27, an unsuspecting auto parts clerk is asked to loan his tired ’71 Chevelle
with peeling paint to Mothers Polish for an infomercial at least that’s what he was told.
After spending a week in secret with Chip Foose and his team, our parts guy found just a little bit more than wax had been applied to his ride!
Mothers Polish assisted Foose and the OverHaulin’ team not only in the con, but in the restomod restoration.
In the “Museum Worthy” episode, Troy Trepanier was called-in to help Foose on a ’50 Ford that was presumed stolen.
Both Trepanier and Foose who have been featured in their own testimonial TV commercials for Mothers Polish (see Reel World
at powertour.mothersarchive.com).
