June 2005 Super Chevy
It’s no secret that journalists are a tough crowd especially editors. So it’s not often when an editor actually gets excited about a
new, affordable, time-saving product let alone excited enough to write about it in his editorial. Well, that’s just what Super Chevy editor Terry Cole did in the June 2005 issue.
Being a car guy (aren’t we all?), Terry loves his ride to look good, but doesn’t want to spend a lot of time to keep it that way.
And he doesn’t want to spend a lot of bread, either.

This leads us to the task at hand: polishing billet aluminum wheels. Before the Mothers® PowerBall™, polishing each
wheel was a 40-minute chore by hand. Now, along with PowerMetal™ polish, it only takes about 5 minutes to get great results.
We figure if Terry polished his wheels by hand once a month, the PowerBall™ will save him 32 hours a year. And while it’s hard to
put a price on that much free time, at about 32 bucks suggested retail, it means the PowerBall™ is probably one of the most affordable
time-saving tools you ’ll ever buy.
