Disabled Adaptations:
In August of 1995 Chuck bought a 2 wheel drive conversion van and stripped it, cut the pan out, and lowered the floor 6". He also added a straight axle and transfer case making it into a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Chuck describes his van as "his independence."
